Terms & Conditions – Free Coffee Machine Offer

1. Eligibility

This offer is available to qualifying businesses who accept the supply of a FREE automated drinks machine on a rolling monthly basis.

2. Installation & Initial Stock

Each installation includes:

  • 1 × coffee product
  • 1 × whitener
  • 1 × chocolate
  • 100 cups and lids
  • Sugars and stirrers

The machine will be calibrated to your preferred cup size during installation.

3. Stock Supply

  • Additional stock must be purchased exclusively from Great British Beverage at the current published price list.

  • Using alternative products will void this agreement and may affect machine performance.

4. Machine Ownership & Care

  • All machines remain the property of Great British Beverage.
  • The business is responsible for keeping the machine in good working order and in a hygienic condition.
  • Daily maintenance is required:
  • The machine must be flushed every day when switched on and off.
  • If a pumped machine is supplied, the water must be replaced daily before use.
  • Hygiene is the sole responsibility of the business using the machine.

5. Payments

  • Payment for all stock supplied must be made on the day of delivery.
  • If payment is not received within 48 hours of installation or subsequent deliveries, Great British Beverage reserves the right to enter the premises and remove the machine immediately.

6. Insurance & Liability

  • The machine must be covered under the business’s insurance policy.

  • The business accepts full liability for theft or damage.

  • If the machine is stolen or maliciously damaged beyond economical repair, the business agrees to pay £1,900.00 as a replacement cost to Great British Beverage.

7. Service & Support

Great British Beverage provides full service and maintenance cover for the machine during the agreement period. Repairs and call-outs are included, subject to fair use and compliance with the above care requirements.
